Paul Barczak – President & CEO

Mr. Barczak, Genuine Commerce’s President and CEO, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, commercial software development, and high-performance computing to the company.

Before the launch of GenuCom, Paul was the President and CEO, founding member, and one of the owners of privately-held Adept Engineering Solutions, which served clients for Sterling and IBM SBI products from 2007-2014. He was previously the Vice President of Engineering for Gentran, Sterling Integrator, and platform technology at Sterling Commerce™, with development centers in Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts, Bangalore India, Singapore, and Dusseldorf Germany. Under Mr. Barczak’s leadership, Sterling’s B2B product lines grew to more than 8,000 customers and delivered more than 20% annual organic revenue growth. As a member of the original GIS (B2B Integrator) core architecture and engineering team, he specializes in performance and infrastructure technologies. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Barczak held engineering roles in high-performance networking and operating system development in super-computing and massively parallel systems at the HewlettPackard Company and Convex Computer Corporation.

Mr. Barczak holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Ehsan Khan – Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President at Genuine Commerce, Mr. Khan brings over 19 years of engineering leadership and technical expertise to the company.

Before the launch of GenuCom, Ehsan was the Vice President and one of 3 co-founders of Adept Engineering Solutions, which served clients from 2007-2014. Prior to this, he was Director of Software Engineering at Sterling Commerce. In that role, Mr. Khan was instrumental in building the global L3 team, providing 24x7 engineering support for all GENTRAN products. Under his leadership, the engineering L3 team provided world class support and contributed 25% of the product line's software sales. A member of the original GIS (Sterling B2B Integrator) engineering team, Mr. Khan specializes in performance and highly available systems. Prior to joining Sterling, Mr. Khan held engineering roles in user interface and database development at Starkey Laboratories and CWC.

Mr. Khan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
